Dr. Simon Ho is originally from the Chicago area.  He is an
anesthesiologist who trained at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  He completed his Pain Medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, and was previously in practice in New York City. Currently, he serves as Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Dr. Ho is board-certified in Anesthesiology with added qualifications in Pain Management.
Dr. Ho believes that pain is a disease that requires a whole-body approach including careful diagnosis and application of operative and non-operative methods.  He is skilled in advanced techniques including peripheral injections, spine injections, epidural injections, spinal cord stimulator implantation, and intra-discal procedures.  Dr. Ho
combines these treatments with medications, physical therapy, and other nonoperative treatments.
